The Norman Plantation Shutters Giveaway (the "Promotion") is conducted by Delux Blinds Pty Ltd, located at 16/153-155 Rooks Road, Vermont VIC 3133. Phone: 0455 213 761.

The Promotion commences on 28 May 2025 at 11:00am AEST and ends on 18 June 2025 at 11:59pm AEST. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form a binding agreement between each entrant and the Promoter.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, directors and contractors of Delux Blinds and any related agencies involved in this Promotion, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. “Immediate families” includes spouses, ex-spouses, de-facto partners, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, regardless of whether they live in the same household as the entrant.

To enter, eligible participants must visit https://deluxblind.com/home-shutters-giveaway during the promotional period and complete the entry form with all required details. Only one (1) initial entry is permitted per person. However, additional entries may be earned by referring others via the prompts outlined on the giveaway entry platform. Each valid referral completed through the platform will count as an additional entry.

The prize consists of one (1) set of Norman Plantation Shutters, custom measured and professionally installed by Delux Blinds. The prize is valued at up to $3,000.00 AUD. It is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other product or service.

The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within 7 days of the promotional period ending. The winner will be contacted directly via email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select a new winner.

The prize includes a free measure and installation service. However, it is important to note that the winner must reside within Delux Blinds service area in Melbourne Metro area and surrounds. If the selected winner lives outside the eligible service area, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner may be drawn at the discretion of the Promoter. The prize must be fully redeemed within 60 days of the winner being contacted.

By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees to the use of their name and entry details for the purposes of marketing, promotion and publicity by Delux Blinds, without compensation. All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available on the Delux Blinds website.

Delux Blinds reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is incomplete or not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Promotion at any time, subject to relevant regulatory approval.
